The Shannon Fabrics Borderline Let Freedom Ring Cuddle Kit is a limited-edition, pre-cut minky blanket kit. It contains the pattern and plush Luxe Cuddle fabrics (Hide Cardinal, Snow, Navy, and Stars Navy) needed to create a soft, 41" × 59" patriotic flag quilt top, binding, and backing.

To preserve the extreme softness and prevent the pile from matting, Shannon Fabrics recommends specific care guidelines:
Wash: Machine wash cold with similar colors.
Dry: Tumble dry on no-heat setting.

The kit was very nicely packaged. The instructions were easy to follow. This was my first cuddle quilt. I got most of the extra sewing items needed to make this quilt and I’m glad I did. It was a beginner cuddle quilt and I’ve been quilting for many years, I found this to be more difficult because of the material. I’m glad I finished it and don’t care to make anymore cuddle quilts.
